Market Meditations is a helpful source of information, guidance, and tips & tricks for anyone interested in crypto. They provide all types of users confidence and knowledge in building crypto, maintaining it, and making money from it. They provide all this through youtube videos, blogs, articles, guides, and podcasts.

The Design Process

I loved designing this page - I got to play around with funky UI colors and really stretch my creativity. Getting to the purple UI color had it's ups and downs, of course, but it really came down to accessibility. Some of the other colors the client had were far too bright, or just looked "off".

I also love designing cards, and this site had a bunch of them (thank god for components in Figma). I hadn't really done an editorial design like this before, so figuring out the best layout for users to grasp information was a challenge, but rewarding as well. There are so many ways to lay this page out, but my decision was based around the fact that most people read from left to right, so I chose to put the actual stories on the left, and the trending guides on the right.
