WHY
Brookhaven Retirement is an assisted-living facility in Lexington, MA. They pride themselves on their state-of-the-art campus facilities and communities, however; their website did not reflect these aspects and as a result were losing out on potential leads.
Due of this, they came to us in need of a website that entices potential leads with imagery of their community, amenities, and facilities.
Their goals were to gain leads, educate people of what they have to offer, and show what makes them different from their competitors.
WHAT
With development help from my team, we created a website that leads the user down a trail of education and action. In my design, I aimed to highlight their community with the use of imagery and testimonials.
To solve the problem of capturing leads, I made sure to add several CTA's above the fold and throughout the website.
Having people call them via phone was very important to them, since their clientele is mostly older, so I made sure to include their phone number in the secondary navigation on every page.
